引用符とクエスチョンマークが重なる場合はどうする？

ある文が疑問文の引用で終わる場合、最後にピリオドは付けません。

× One client asked, “Why does delivery take three weeks?”.

○ One client asked, “Why does delivery take three weeks?”

ある疑問文が別の疑問文の引用で終わる場合、クエスチョンマークを引用符の内側にのみ置きます。

× Why did you ask me, “Who has the bank record?”?

× Why did you ask me, “Who has the bank record”?

○ Why did you ask me, “Who has the bank record?”
